The Rambler is a fabulous moccasin made for those who want moccasin comfort in an outdoor shoe. This model is our most robust moccasin style and water resistant while still keeping our comfy and flexible moccasin fit.
Ramblers feature a flexible Vibram sole, and outer seam construction. The Rambler uppers are black smooth leathers. Inside, you will find genuine sheepskin innersoles that keep the foot protected, dry and comfortable. Sheepskin is nature's heat regulator - and keeps feet dry in the summer, and cozy in the winter. Inner elastic hugs the ankle which makes the shoe easy to slip on, and they stay on.

I received my order in the mail today and have to tell you that I have never been more thrilled with a purchase! Your shoes are divine. When my three year old daughter tried on her boots she proclaimed them to be the most wonderful comfortable fuzzies. I have to agree. I have been wearing my ramblers all afternoon and I don't see how I could go back to sneakers. Plus, it makes me grin to look down and see a bright blue flower shining up at me. Since discovering Soft star in April, my years-long love affair with Saucony and Timberland has come to a grinding halt. I wear them any time I don't go barefoot. They are my new running shoes, my new hiking shoes, my new everyday shoes. God help me if I have to put on a dress at some point. I just wore my Ramblers to climb a 3,000 foot mountain. The trail included gravelly paths, plenty of rock and slippery wet granite. My Ramblers were AWESOME!! They gave me as good or better grip than any hiking or trail shoes I've worn to cover the same distance, and because my feet were so unencumbered I was much more stable and balanced. My feet have been begging me for ages for something to do, and I finally listened . They are HAPPY.
